How can I view my order status or track my order?
We send order confirmation e-mails within 30 minutes of placement and shipment confirmation e-mails on our shipping days Monday-Friday. If you didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation please double check your email spam/junk folder or fill out the contact form so we can resend it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Be quick to cancel your order. To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible there is only a short time period after an order is placed to attempt a cancellation. We ship all orders Monday-Friday. Please fill out the Contact Form and if your order hasn’t been processed we will cancel it. If we are unable to cancel your order, once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions under the Return and Exchanges page. Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 United States, Military (AA, AE, AP) addresses and the U.S. Territories. Prices listed on the website are in US dollars and will be charged in US dollars for all orders placed. Please visit our Shipping page for the current shipping methods, prices and delivery times
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept a wide arrange of credit and debit payment types including: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. We do not accept Checks, CODs or layaway plans.
When will my order ship?
We ship Monday - Friday, excluding selected holidays. Please allow processing time of 2-4 bussiness days. Refer to our shipping page for more info.
Why hasn't my package arrived yet?
Delivery time of purchased items depend on your chosen shipping method. A tracking number will be assigned once your order is ready to ship. Check the USPS website to track your order. *Tracking information may not be initiated for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped.
What should I do if I think my package is lost?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However if your tracking number shows delivery, here are some tips:
If delivery was by USPS, contact your local Post Office to ask for carrier assistance where the package may have been left
Ask family, neighbors or property managers if the package was left with them
Check porches, gates and doorways
Can I combine more than one coupon or promotion on the same order?
We want you to have the best promotions for your order, however not all promotions/coupons are combinable. Once you have finished adding items to your cart, you can redeem only one promotion or coupon at a time.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping.
My favorite item is sold out, will it be restocked?
Odd Humans loves to see our customers happy with our designs. Unfortunately, at some point, we must retire some designs to make room for new ones. Please check our New Arrivals to find a new favorite.
